This table only includes successful personal grievance claims where compensation was awarded under s 123(1)(c) of the Employment Relations Act 2000. The amounts are those after reduction for contributory conduct. Also note that Employment Relations Authority awards that have been set aside or altered by the Employment Court are included in the table. Where two successful applicants were awarded separate amounts, those amounts are recorded separately.

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided in this table, the Employment Court, Employment Relations Authority and the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment accept no liability for any consequences that may arise from reliance on this data.
