The aim of this two-day course is to promote collective bargaining by teaching organising and advocacy skills.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- effectively resolve disputes in their workplace
- organise union building within their workplace
- represent union members in disputes.

The aim of this one-day course is to provide new delegates with an understanding of their roles as a representative of union members, and the skills required to carry this out.
By the end of their course, participants will be able to:
- effectively take part in representing union members
- organise union building within their workplace.
