Rights and responsibilities

Employers and employees have rights and responsibilities towards each other, including young employees, and where employees work alone or work more than one job.

This section provides an overview of some of the minimum rights and responsibilities of employers and employees. Employees can’t get less than the minimum rights even if they agree.
